Faits rapides: Cette église du 18e siècle abrite une collection de tableaux de maîtres vénitiens qui ont survécu à deux guerres mondiales. Son clocher haut de 37 mètres sert encore aujourd'hui de point de repère aux pêcheurs qui rentrent au port.
Points forts: Derrière l'autel se trouve une sculpture en bois polychrome de la Vierge du 15e siècle, la seule à avoir survécu à l'incendie qui a presque détruit l'ancienne église sur le même site. Quand le soleil de l'après-midi traverse la rosace, un mosaïque de lumière colorée se forme sur le sol et ne dure qu'une vingtaine de minutes.

- Photograph the rose window from the inside between 4:15 and 4:35 PM when the sun is in the right position.
- Pay attention to the plaque to the right of the entrance; it lists the names of 43 fishermen who died at sea.
- Skip the crowds in season by coming before 11 AM or after 5 PM.
