Faits rapides: Le bâtiment ressemble à un couple de danseurs figés dans le mouvement, souvent appelé « Fred et Ginger » d'après le célèbre duo de danseurs. Les courbes de verre contrastent vivement avec les angles en béton, faisant ressortir la structure nettement contre l'architecture plus traditionnelle environnante.
Points forts: Le design inhabituel du bâtiment présente deux tours censées ressembler à un couple dansant, inspiré par les célèbres danseurs Fred Astaire et Ginger Rogers, et est affectueusement surnommé « Fred et Ginger » par les habitants.
