Faits rapides: Sous un toit de 11 tonnes de végétation herbeuse se cache l'un des musées les plus modernes d'Europe du Nord. Chaque année, plus de 200 000 visiteurs s'y rendent pour admirer des découvertes préhistoriques uniques, dont l'homme de Tollund vieux de 10 000 ans.

Points forts: La pièce maîtresse, le corps parfaitement conservé de l'homme de Tollund, semble s'être endormi il y a des millénaires. Son visage aux fines rides et à la barbe naissante est si vivant qu'on se croit au chevet d'une personne endormie, et non devant une découverte archéologique vieille de 2 400 ans.
