A ticket for the entire complex costs around 160 DKK, and visitors with a Copenhagen Card enter for free. Student and pensioner tickets are considerably cheaper, and children up to 17 years old do not pay for admission.

Faits rapides: Les trois quarts du palais furent reconstruits après un incendie en 1884, même si l'incendie d'origine avait commencé dans une boulangerie et détruit des œuvres d'art inestimables. Aujourd'hui, il abrite les trois branches du gouvernement danois : le parlement, le bureau du premier ministre et la Cour suprême.
Points forts: Sous les salles parlementaires modernes se trouvent les ruines du château du XIIe siècle de l'évêque Absalon, découvertes lors de travaux d'excavation au début des années 1900. Vous pouvez traverser les murs de pierre d'origine, voir les installations sanitaires médiévales et vous tenir à l'endroit même où Copenhague est née il y a plus de 800 ans.
