Faits rapides: The trail follows the Bossons Glacier's meltwater channel, descending over 800 vertical meters through alpine forest. Hikers can hear the glacier creaking and groaning as it slowly moves, with chunks of ice occasionally calving into the river below.
Points forts: At the waterfall's base, the water crashes down with such force that the ground literally trembles beneath your feet, and the mist can soak you from 50 meters away. The roar is so intense you have to shout to be heard, making it feel like standing inside a thunderstorm.
