Faits rapides: Madame Élisabeth, petite-fille de Louis XV, cultivait son propre potager et son verger sur ces 9 hectares plutôt que de mener une vie purement aristocratique. Le domaine cultive toujours plus de 40 variétés de pommes et de poires anciennes, dont certaines remontent aux années 1700.

Points forts: Chaque automne, les vieux poiriers en espalier du domaine ploient sous le poids de variétés comme 'Beurré Hardy' et 'Doyenné du Comice', parfumant l'air d'un arôme doux comme le miel que l'on peut suivre les yeux bandés.
