Faits rapides: Environ 3 millions de visiteurs gravissent chaque année la coupole de verre. Une rampe d'acier de 230 mètres s'enroule en spirale à 45 mètres de haut, et 360 miroirs dans le cône central renvoient la lumière du jour jusque dans la salle du parlement en contrebas.
Points forts: Les soldats soviétiques ont griffonné leurs noms en cyrillique sur les murs en 1945, et ces graffitis noircis subsistent encore aujourd'hui à l'intérieur de l'édifice restauré. Le Parlement a voté en faveur du maintien de ces gribouillis enfumés à titre de mémorial, vous pouvez donc parcourir des yeux les messages laissés par l'Armée rouge avant même d'atteindre la coupole.
