Faits rapides: Forteresse du XIIIe siecle sur la rive de la Moselle, elle sert aujourd'hui d'archives municipales de Coblence et abrite un restaurant repute. Le donjon carre s'eleve a 42 metres de haut et offre des vues imprenables sur la vieille ville.
Points forts: Grimpez le donjon carre de 42 metres et vous vous tiendrez la ou les princes electeurs dinaient autrefois, mais aujourd'hui la tour abrite un restaurant servant des vins locaux. La vraie surprise vient a la tombee du jour, lorsque les projecteurs transforment les rugueux murs de basalte en une chaude lueur ambre se reflechissant sur la Moselle.
