Faits rapides: Trois epoques architecturales cohabitent sous un meme toit : roman, gothique et baroque. La tour de 93 metres de l'eglise offre des vues panoramiques sur le confluent du Rhin et de la Moselle.
Points forts: Regardez de pres la facade occidentale et vous remarquerez une structure romane du XIIe siecle qui a survecu a des siecles de guerre, y compris aux bombardements de la Seconde Guerre mondiale qui ont detruit une grande partie de Coblence. A l'interieur, un unique pilier gothique s'eleve a 22 metres de haut, taille dans un seul bloc de pierre qui a ete transporte par flottaison sur le Rhin au XIVe siecle.
