Faits rapides: Perché à 579 mètres au-dessus de la ville, ce fort offre une vue panoramique qui balaie les toits roses de Jaipur. Il fut nommé « Fort du Tigre » en hommage à un compagnon proche du fondateur royal, le légendaire Nahar Singh.

Points forts: Les murs du fort abritent une rare collection de fresques du début du XVIIIe siècle illustrant le folklore local et les chasses royales, dont certaines sections sont encore éclatantes malgré les siècles. Les visiteurs s'arrêtent souvent pour regarder le soleil plonger derrière les collines des Aravalli, projetant des teintes flamboyantes sur les remparts accidentés.
