Faits rapides: La collection abrite des sculptures en bronze du XVIe siècle, d'anciens bijoux en or étincelants et un char de temple en bois complet orné de sculptures dans chaque recoin. Avec ses minarets, son crépi coloré et ses fenêtres à motifs, le bâtiment reste frais même en pleine chaleur, et la lumière du jour se répand doucement sur les objets.
Points forts: Le char de temple en bois rituel est l'étoile secrète de la salle, des figures divines sculptées sur plusieurs niveaux couvrent chaque surface et il faut plus d'une heure pour l'explorer. À côté se trouve une maquette miniature du temple Padmanabha Swamy où des centaines de piliers et de minarets sont reproduits à une échelle parfaite, si minutieusement que vous pouvez suivre chaque chemin de procession.

- Start in the middle of the hall at the temple chariot to have time to see the intricately carved woodwork in peace before the crowds get thicker.

- Download a translation app in advance. The signs are written in English and Malayalam.
