4.0Late afternoon in November, very peaceful. 500 yen entry but some areas were closed and paths were muddy, so felt only mildly worth it.
Arrived at 8am and had almost no line. 500 yen entry, cherry blossoms and wide lawns were stunning, cafe was a bit pricey.
Visited around noon on a Sunday and it was crowded. 500 yen entry felt fair, picnic spots were great, gift shop overpriced.
