Au cimetière voisin de Saint-Pierre, il repose sous une pierre tombale tournée vers le sommet du mont Kenya, où les pèlerins déposent encore aujourd'hui des centaines de foulards scouts.
Points forts: Dans sa chambre, le lit d'origine est toujours là et sur le bureau repose le dernier message aux scouts du monde, dicté seulement quelques semaines avant sa mort. Cette même lettre est encore lue aujourd'hui par tout le mouvement autour des feux de camp, du Kenya jusqu'en Scandinavie.
