Faits rapides: Dans un petit complexe de salles de pierre, près de 300 délégués venus de 47 villes différentes se sont réunis à l'été 1878 pour élaborer des plans en faveur de l'autodétermination albanaise. Les bâtiments servirent d'abord de médersa, et les salles de réunion d'origine sont conservées exactement comme elles étaient à l'époque.
Points forts: Le moment le plus chargé d'émotion survient dans la salle de pierre la plus intérieure, où les bancs de bois sont encore disposés en cercle comme en 1878 et où vous pouvez laisser la main glisser sur la surface usée de la table. Dans le coin sont accrochés les drapeaux d'origine et les télégrammes originaux envoyés entre les réunions, dont vous pouvez lire l'écriture manuscrite tout contre la vitre.

- Stand still for a minute in the courtyard and listen, the acoustics in the old halls are surprisingly good.
- Wear comfortable shoes, the smooth stone steps leading to the meeting room require good footing.
