Faits rapides: Étalé sur quatre hectares au cœur de Davao, cette oasis urbaine présente plus de 1 200 espèces de plantes et d'arbres tropicaux. Une statue en laiton de 12 mètres d'une orchidée waling-waling ancre la place centrale du parc, célébrant le titre de la ville comme capitale des orchidées des Philippines.
Points forts: Au crépuscule, les sculptures en bronze grandeur nature des tribus Bagobo indigènes du parc semblent prendre vie sous les lumières ambrées, chaque figure figée en pleine danse ou récolte. Le parc abrite également un aigle des Philippines secouru nommé Davao dans un sanctuaire dédié, l'un des rares enclos à aigles urbains du pays.
