Faits rapides: Chef-d'oeuvre Art Nouveau achevé en 1910, à son apogée, des membres de la famille royale roumaine et des aristocrates européens venaient y danser. Le bâtiment a servi d'hôpital militaire ainsi que de restaurant avant de tomber dans l'oubli pendant des décennies.
Points forts: Regarde attentivement la façade : on y trouve des dizaines de créatures marines, des crabes aux méduses, sculptées à la main dans la pierre calcaire. Imagine cette soirée d'été des années 1920, quand une valse s'échappait de la salle et que le vent marin se mêlait au parfum.
