Its main altarpiece features a 16th-century Flemish triptych depicting the martyrdom of Saint Sebastian, brought here by Spanish nobility returning from the Low Countries.

Points forts: Every January 20th, the town fires 4,000 rockets from the church tower at dawn to honor Saint Sebastian, creating a thunderous spectacle that rattles windows across the plaza. The tradition dates to 1606, when villagers fired arquebuses into the air to scare away a plague, and has evolved into this uniquely loud celebration called the "Espectáculo Pirotécnico."
