Faits rapides: Sous une toiture richement décorée, une statue dorée allongée atteint presque 46 mètres et surprend par ses pieds incrustés de nacre finement gravés. On peut y suivre des cours de massage traditionnel et consulter des inscriptions anciennes qui transmettent des remèdes et techniques médicinales.
Points forts: Le Bouddha couché mesure 46 mètres de long et 15 mètres de haut, sa surface dorée scintille sous les lampions et les pieds de 3 mètres sont incrustés de nacre montrant 108 tableaux de bon augure. Les fidèles glissent des pièces dans 108 bols alignés pour faire mérite, le cliquetis métallique se mêle à l'odeur d'encens et au murmure des prières, et une école de massage traditionnelle conserve des rouleaux de textes médicaux anciens que l'on peut consulter.
