The three granite towers at dawn are the most spectacular natural spectacle in Patagonia. In a day you cross glacial valleys, hear falling glaciers and see icebergs in cold lakes.

The wind here is no joke. I thought people were exaggerating. First night the rain came sideways and my jacket gave up. Still ate some incredible seafood and the town grew on me.
Fell in love with this weird little port town. So quiet, so many stray dogs, locals were warm. Coffee culture is real here. Wish I'd stayed one more day honestly.
Overpriced for what it is honestly. Everything costs double what I expected and the food portions were small. That said the views out the bus window leaving were unreal.
Skip the fancy places on the main street. Walk two blocks to the small spots near the bus terminal, same lamb dishes for half the price and locals eat there.
Honestly it's just the base camp for Torres del Paine. Cute streets and great lamb, but if you're not doing the park you can skip it. Two nights max for me.
