Tahiti's weather was mostly perfect, sunny but a bit humid. Loved the fresh seafood but places can be pricey, budget at least a week. The vibe is super chill and locals are really welcoming.

Food was a mixed bag, some meals were incredible, others just meh. Try as many local fruits as you can, they’re amazing. Watch out for unseen tourist markups near main towns.
Stayed 10 days, felt great to pace myself between beach days and island tours. Some islands felt crowded during midday, so plan early mornings. Definitely bring reef-safe sunscreen.
French Polynesia is a dream for nature lovers, the overwater bungalows were everything. Just be ready for a big budget or try smaller guesthouses, they’re cozy and friendlier.
