Brze činjenice: Strma staza vijuga pokraj vapnenačkih stijena i grmova kleke, uspon nagrađuje prostranim vidicima i svježim, začinskim zrakom. Mnogi šetači i trail trkači koriste isprepletene staze, a osobito su popularne klupe na grebenu za vrijeme zalaska sunca.

Istaknuto: Na vrhu je visina oko 385 metara, odande pogled vedrih dana seže nekoliko desetaka kilometara, a večernje sunce pretvara krajolik u toplu, bakrenu vrpcu. Lokalne obitelji često donose deku i domaći kolač, živa tradicija pri kojoj se vikendom brzo okupe grupe od 20 do 50 ljudi na male piknike.

For quieter trails, take the southern forest path from near Jenzigstraße instead of the main paved route.
Best photo angle faces west over the Saale valley a few metres from the summit cross at golden hour.
Avoid weekend midday crowds by arriving early morning or late afternoon, and bring water as no services are on the hill.
