Plan language: HrvatskiLooking for the top things to do in Triberg, Germany? Start at the Triberg Waterfalls, where 7 cascades drop 163 meters through the forest. Then explore the German Clock Museum, home to over 1,000 timepieces including the world's largest cuckoo clock. The charming Market Square rounds out a perfect visit.

Watch 163 meters of raw water power crash through a dark forest gorge. Feel the mist on your face as you climb wooden bridges and stone steps right alongside seven thundering cascades.

8,000 ticking stories packed into one incredible museum. You'll walk through five centuries of timekeeping, from tiny pocket watches to a giant cuckoo clock that fills an entire room.
Brze činjenice: Njemački muzej satova čuva više od 8.000 vremenskih uređaja iz pet stoljeća, uključujući najveću svjetsku kolekciju kukavica. Jedan izložbeni prostor omogućuje vam da kroz stakleni prozor promatrate majstore urara dok popravljaju antikne satove, otkrivajući zamršeni ples zupčanika i opruga.

Where else can you watch a fully automated 1850s clockwork village spring to life? You will stand face-to-face with the biggest cuckoo clock mechanism ever built and hear the tick of 500 timepieces.
Brze činjenice: Muzej sadrzi preko 500 originalnih crnoshumskih satova, ukljucujuci jedan visok 3,5 metara.

Step into a wonderland where over 1,000 ticking clocks fill every wall and corner. You'll wander through rooms packed with whirring cuckoos, music boxes, and mechanical marvels from centuries past.

A thousand-year-old monastery where baroque art meets alpine serenity. Wander candlelit hallways, hear the massive organ roar, and taste beer brewed by monks in the valley below.
Brze činjenice: The abbey church houses one of the largest baroque organs in Germany, with over 3,000 pipes filling the space with thunderous sound. Benedictine monks have inhabited this hillside monastery for over 900 years, brewing beer and tending to their alpine gardens.
Istaknuto: Step into the church and look up: the ceiling frescoes play a visual trick, making the flat surface look like a towering dome reaching into the heavens. During summer concerts, the organ's lowest 32-foot pipes vibrate through the stone floor, a sensation you feel in your ribs as much as hear.

If you drive, park at the Lidl lot a 5 min walk from downtown. Free and never full unlike the tourist lots.
Bring cash. So many places dont take cards, especially the smaller bakeries and souvenir shops outside the center.
Skip the big cuckoo clock shop right at the entrance. Walk into the side streets, find smaller family-run stores for better prices.
Triberg surprised me. The waterfalls are nice but honestly the whole town felt a bit too touristy for my taste.
Loved the vibe. Small town, friendly locals, great trail walks around the waterfalls. Would go back for a weekend.
