Brze činjenice: Two towering cubes of layered glass loom where the river meets the bay, glowing softly once the sun drops. Roughly 24,000 square meters of space sit beneath that translucent skin, and the main hall alone seats about 1,800 people.

Istaknuto: Pedestrians actually stroll across a walkway that passes between the two cubes, connecting the riverfront to the beach without a single step indoors. At film festival time, that same glass shell reflects the red-carpet flashes, momentarily blasting the whole promenade with white bursts of light.
