Főbb látnivalók: Minden este a templom életre kel a Theyyam, egy 2000 éves rituális tánc lenyűgöző előadásával, ahol az előadók kidolgozott jelmezek és transzszerű mozdulatok révén élő istenségekké változnak. A fő istenséget soha nem faragott szobor ábrázolja, hanem egy valkannadi nevű bronz tükör, amely visszatükrözi minden hívő arcát, amint az elé áll.

- Visit during the day first to see the monkey feeding ritual, then stay for the evening Theyyam performance.
- Photography is allowed in the outer courtyard but not inside the inner sanctum.
- Cover your shoulders and knees as a mark of respect, and remove footwear before entering the temple complex.
