Fatti rapidi: Questa strada pedonale si snoda per circa 300 metri nel cuore del centro storico di Scutari, prendendo il nome dal pittore più famoso della città, Kolë Idromeno. Caffè e bar si allineano su entrambi i lati, rendendola la spina dorsale sociale della città dove i locali si riuniscono ogni sera.

Punti salienti: La strada si trova all'ombra della collina del Castello di Rozafa, così al tramonto l'intera via si accende di una luce calda mentre la fortezza si illumina sopra di te.
