Fatti rapidi: Questo sentiero su passerella di 5 chilometri si snoda attraverso una delle ultime torbiere alte rimaste in Europa, con alcuni strati di torba che raggiungono profondità di 7 metri. Vecchia di oltre 10.000 anni, la torbiera crea il proprio microclima con piante carnivore specializzate come le drosere che intrappolano gli insetti lungo il sentiero.

Punti salienti: Mettiti sulla torre di osservazione in legno a metà percorso e osserva l'orizzonte curvarsi intorno a te, con la torbiera che si estende in ogni direzione come un oceano color cannella. Nelle giornate tranquille, puoi sentire la torbiera respirare davvero: bolle di gas metano che salgono attraverso la torba satura d'acqua creano un morbido e ritmico suono di scoppiettio sotto le assi.
