Fatti rapidi: Le rovine del tempio si innalzano per circa 30 metri sopra il terreno circostante e sono tra le più grandi strutture sacre medievali del Baltico. Curiosamente, la torre doveva originariamente fungere da torre di guardia con vista su tutta Tartu.
