Fatti rapidi: Madame Elisabetta, nipote di Luigi XV, si prendeva cura del proprio orto e frutteto in questi 9 ettari invece di vivere una vita puramente aristocratica. La tenuta coltiva ancora oltre 40 varietà di mele e pere antiche, alcune risalenti al 1700.

Punti salienti: Ogni autunno, gli antichi spallieri di pere della tenuta si piegano sotto il peso di varietà come 'Beurré Hardy' e 'Doyenné du Comice', profumando l'aria con un aroma dolce come il miele che puoi seguire bendato.
