All'interno i visitatori incontrano la Santa Corona d'Ungheria esposta sotto quella cupola, un simbolo piccolo ma potente tra marmi alti, statue scolpite e foglia d'oro scintillante.
Punti salienti: Dietro la teca centrale in vetro la Santa Corona di Sant Stefano è posta sotto una morbida doratura e faretti, il suo smalto e le pietre preziose catturano la luce del fiume come un piccolo sole, una reliquia portata via dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale e non restituita fino al 1978. Sopra, una cupola alta 96 metri corona un labirinto di 691 stanze, e dopo il tramonto le guglie neogotiche e i tetti rossi sono illuminati da luci color ambra così tutta la facciata sembra un alveare acceso.
