Fatti rapidi: Perched on the River Shannon's bank, this rough limestone chunk witnessed the 1691 Treaty of Limerick that ended the Williamite War. The stone was originally used as a mounting block for horses and later became a symbol of the broken treaty promises known as the "Violated Treaty."
