Fatti rapidi: L'unico museo della Sardegna dedicato alla ceramica custodisce oltre 2.000 pezzi che vanno dalla ceramica nuragica preistorica alle opere contemporanee. La collezione include rare ceramiche sarde del XVII secolo chiamate "Fanus" che venivano tradizionalmente donate come regali di nozze.

Punti salienti: Nella stanza della torre medievale, puoi scorgere un pannello in ceramica alto 4 metri che mostra la famosa Sartiglia di Oristano con oltre 30 cavalieri mascherati dipinti a mano. Una stanza sul retro conserva un tornio da ceramista funzionante dove gli artigiani locali dimostrano ancora l'antica tecnica del "colombino", permettendoti di vedere l'argilla trasformarsi in vasi proprio come 3.000 anni fa.
