Fatti rapidi: Circa 3.000 asini trasportano acqua, merci e persone attraverso il centro storico senza auto, e ognuno di loro riceve cure veterinarie gratuite quando ne ha bisogno. Il rifugio cura circa 60 pazienti ricoverati alla volta, dagli zoccoli rotti alle brutte piaghe da sella, poi li rimanda al lavoro completamente guariti.
