Fatti rapidi: In un piccolo complesso di sale in pietra si riunirono fino a 300 delegati provenienti da 47 città diverse nell'estate del 1878 per pianificare l'autodeterminazione albanese. Gli edifici funzionarono inizialmente come madrasa, e le sale originali delle riunioni sono conservate esattamente come erano allora.
