Fatti rapidi: Estendendosi per oltre 1,2 chilometri, queste fortificazioni medievali un tempo avvolgevano l'intero centro storico in un abbraccio di pietra protettivo. Quasi l'80 percento delle mura originali rimane intatto, rendendole uno dei sistemi di mura cittadine meglio conservati in Slovacchia.
