Best in the morning between 8 and 10 a.m., when the changing of the guard is accompanied by traditional drums and there is less traffic. Avoid Friday noon, when the surroundings are packed with worshippers from the nearby mosque.

Informazioni
- Bring a small gift or a flower. Locals appreciate it and it can open the door to authentic storytelling from the guards.
- Photographing the guard up close is allowed, but do not use flash and do not stand directly in front of them during the changing of the guard.
- Wear long trousers and a long-sleeved shirt as a sign of respect, even if it is 40 degrees on the street.
- I recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start of the hour to see the entire changing ceremony from the beginning.
