Fatti rapidi: Vivaci giardini di corallo colorano il paesaggio marino con oltre 350 specie di corallo, un sogno per gli snorkeler di colori e biodiversità sorprendenti. Le scogliere sottomarine e la visibilità limpida spesso mostrano da vicino tartarughe marine e pesci pagliaccio, facendo di ogni immersione un tuffo in un acquario.
Punti salienti: Istituita nel 2001 come prima area marina protetta della zona, le barriere coralline si approfondiscono fino a 15-25 metri dove i sub fluttuano accanto a cattedrali di corallo drappeggiate di gorgonie rosa, lampi di pesci damigella blu elettrico e sciami di anthias arancione neon. Una sorprendente tradizione locale iniziata da pescatori e team di ricerca anni fa vede piccole barche portare fuori ogni primavera piccoli coralli per allevarli in nursery galleggianti fino a quando non raggiungono la misura di un pugno, poi li incollano di nuovo alle strutture danneggiate a mano.
