General Luna is paradise for surfers but a bit pricey for budget backpackers. You can find cheaper meals if you walk further from the main street.
The vibe in General Luna is chill but vibrant. Great beach vibes, nice food spots but it can get crowded in high season. Stayed 5 days and felt it was just right.
Food is simple but fresh. I found prices fair for the quality, especially the grilled fish stalls. The town feels safe enough but watch out for motorbikes on narrow roads.
