Plan your visit so you hit Ljubljana’s museums on Wednesday evenings, many offer free entry then. Great way to enjoy culture without the extra cost!
Slovenia is surprisingly affordable compared to Western Europe. Great food markets and street snacks helped keep my budget in check without sacrificing quality.
Slovenia blew me away with its stunning lakes and chill vibe. Food was fresh and tasty but expect some crowds in peak season. 4 days was just right for me.
Weather was kinda hit or miss, rainy days made some hiking plans tricky. Still, Ljubljana's cozy cafes made for great rainy day hangouts.
If you love nature, Slovenia is perfect for a quick escape. The mix of mountains and coastline is unreal. Just pack comfy shoes, as you'll walk a lot.
