Insidertips
- Walk around to the back of the mosque to see the beautiful ponds, where locals still bathe and wash clothes as they did 600 years ago.
- Take off your shoes at the entrance and bring a pair of socks, as the stones can get very hot in the afternoon.
- The best photo opportunity is from the northeastern angle, where the domes reflect in the water.
- Combine your visit with the nearby mausoleum building, which is only a 5 minute walk away.
