- Skip the north entrance tour groups and enter through the south doors for a quieter start.
- The fifth floor rotunda has the best overhead view of the marble floor mosaics below.
- Photography is allowed inside, but no flash near the Legislative Chamber to protect the historic fabrics.
- Visit the gift shop in the basement for locally made Alberta souvenirs you won't find elsewhere.
