Høydepunkter: Den rituelle tempelvognen i tre er rommets hemmelige stjerne, utskårne gudebilder i flere etasjer dekker hver eneste flate og tar over en time å utforske. Like ved står en miniatyrmodell av Padmanabha Swamy-tempelet der hundrevis av søyler og minareter er gjengitt i perfekt skala, så nøye at du kan følge hver prosesjonsvei.

- Leave your large bag and camera in the storage area right at the entrance. Photography is not allowed inside among the objects.
- Start in the middle of the hall at the temple chariot to have time to see the intricately carved woodwork in peace before the crowds get thicker.
- Bring water and a hat. The walk through the garden up to the entrance is open and sunny.
