Raske fakta: Museet rommer over 4000 verk i en stor sovjettidsbygning som opprinnelig ble bygget som revolusjonsmuseum. Samlingen spenner fra litauisk avantgarde til internasjonale storheter som Andy Warhol og Jasper Johns.

Høydepunkter: På øverste etasje bader et stort glassmaleri av den litauiske kunstneren Kazys Morkūnas trappeoppgangen i skiftende ravfarget lys gjennom dagen. Den faste utstillingen inkluderer også et sjelden sett hologramportrett av Jonas Mekas, den legendariske avantgardefilmskaperen, som våkner til liv når du går forbi.
