Høydepunkter: An ochre pavilion with emerald tiles stands at the pool's edge, and when wind drops the shallow basin becomes a mirror so exact that the pavilion's green roof and the distant mountain peaks form a near-perfect circular reflection. Visit at golden hour and you'll hear the soft clink of wooden ladders and see more than a hundred olive trunks casting long finger-like shadows, while the smell of resin and citrus hangs in the air.
