Raske fakta: Den høye festningen på bakketoppen gir panoramautsikt over elven Mureș og det omkringliggende landskapet. Det sies at den under beleiringen på 1600-tallet holdt ut i nesten en måned uten forsyninger.
Høydepunkter: Gamle klokketårn fungerte som utkikkspunkter hvor voktere kunne se fiender på titalls kilometers avstand. Om natten lød en mystisk lyd fra festningen som ekket gjennom dalen for å skremme fiender.
