Høydepunkter: Om natten pulserer bygningen med programmerbare LED-lys som skifter gjennom farger og mønstre, og forvandles til en glødende lanterne over byens horisont. Lokalbefolkningen samles på nærliggende åser bare for å se lysshowene, som noen ganger synkroniseres med nasjonale høytider eller store begivenheter som finner sted inni.
