Raske fakta: Museet ligger i det tidligere hjemmet og atelieret til Joaquín Sorolla, den valencianske maleren kjent for sine lysende strandscener. Over 1200 av verkene hans er bevart her, utstilt i tre gallerier og de frodige hagene han personlig designet.
Høydepunkter: Sorolla plantet selv hvert tre og hver busk i den andalusiske hagen, og brukte gårdsrommet både som en levende palett og et utendørs atelier. Du kan stå akkurat der han malte noen av sine mest berømte verk, med de samme sitrontrærne og keramiske fontene som fortsatt rammer inn utsikten.
