Rýchle fakty: Tento kostol z 18. storočia ukrýva zbierku obrazov benátskych majstrov, ktoré prežili dve svetové vojny. Jeho zvonica vysoká 37 metrov dodnes slúži ako orientačný bod pre rybárov vracajúcich sa do prístavu.
Zaujímavosti: Za oltárom sa nachádza drevená polychrómovaná socha Bohorodičky z 15. storočia, ktorá ako jediná prežila požiar, ktorý takmer zničil starší kostol na tom istom mieste. Keď popoludní slnko dopadá cez ružové okno, na podlahe sa vytvorí farebná svetelná mozaika, ktorá trvá len asi dvadsať minút.

- Sit in the third bench on the left side; from there you get the best angle of the altarpiece.
- Photograph the rose window from the inside between 4:15 and 4:35 PM when the sun is in the right position.
- Pay attention to the plaque to the right of the entrance; it lists the names of 43 fishermen who died at sea.
- Skip the crowds in season by coming before 11 AM or after 5 PM.
