Rýchle fakty: Každé ráno tu vyložia až 50 ton čerstvých rýb, ktoré privážajú miestni rybári na tradičných člnoch. Obchodovanie začína ešte pred svitaním a prebieha na princípe aukcie: kto hlasnejšie zakričí, ten získa najlepší úlovok.
Zaujímavosti: Tu môžete po prvýkrát v živote ochutnať žraločie mäso opekané priamo na uhlí vedľa móla, miestni kuchári ho pripravujú s ostrým korením a limetkou. Rybári dovolia vliezť do svojich člnov a odfotiť sa s trojmetrovými kladivounmi, kým ešte ležia na betónovej podlahe.
