Brze činjenice: Crveno telo planine izgleda kao da je sprženo plamenom. Na najužem delu klisure jedva da može da prođe jedna osoba bočno. Ovo je nekada bio važan prolaz na drevnom Putu svile, a na stenama su i dalje očuvane freske u budističkim pećinama stare hiljadu godina.
Istaknuto: Ulazeći duboko u klisuru, crvene stene visoke stotinu metara sa obe strane izgledaju kao da su presečene džinovskom sekirom. Podnevno sunce probija kroz uski nebeski prorez i obasjava celu klisuru, pretvarajući je u goruću zlatnocrvenu. Najimpresivniji je prirodno formirani zid "Velikog Bude" na kraju klisure, visok preko 200 metara, jasnih kontura, koga lokalni stočari generacijama smatraju otelotvorenjem božanstva.

- After entering the canyon, first take the branch path on the right.
- It has fewer visitors and richer rock colors.
- Bring a pair of non-slip shoes. Some sections of the canyon have stream water flowing through, and the rocks are very slippery.
- The best photo spot is at the end of the "One Line Sky" section. Stand on the stone steps and shoot against the light to capture the effect of beams of light piercing through the canyon.
- Don't just stick to the main path. Turn into the small side trails on both sides, where ancient murals undiscovered by others may be hidden on the rock walls in those unmanned areas.
