Brze činjenice: Ova vijugava staza kroz šumu Hajligenberg dobila je ime po nemačkom pesniku Fridrihu Helderlinu, koji je tokom boravka u Hajdelbergu lutao upravo ovim stazama. Ruta se proteže na približno 2 kilometra i sadrži 12 stanica sa pesmama i citatima uklesanim u kamene stubove.
Istaknuto: Na najvišoj tački duž staze nalazite Thingstätte, ogroman amfiteatar na otvorenom, sagrađen tridesetih godina prošlog veka, koji danas ugošćava koncerte i događaje pod krošnjama drveća. Malo posetilaca shvata da je stvarna veza Helderlina sa Hajdelbergom bila kratka, ali ova staza ovekovečava njegovu duboku naklonost pejzažu grada u njegovoj pesmi „Hajdelberg“.
